On a warm February afternoon, a new bear was seen making his way into Teddy Kingdom. Many of the residents stared at him, for they had never seen a bear so fantastically dressed. His collar had all the colors of the rainbow, and when asked who he was, he replied that he was Berlioz, a clown – a circus bear. A “circus” bear? What was that?
