It is a rite of passage into winter. Here's the recipe. Go out to the backyard after a snowfall. Find the biggest, fluffiest snowbank that has been untouched by man and beast, and fill a big kitchen bowl with the magical ingredient. Return to the warmth of the kitchen where your youngest family members await. Sit the bowl in the center of the table and gather the other ingredients: sugar, vanilla and milk. Add the ingredients "to taste" - stir and serve. I know you will enjoy one of my favorite things as I do!
