“Tweet tweet!” sings Bernard as he walks along a hill. You might think he is a bird, he sounds so much like one! In fact, even the birds sometimes mistake him for one of them, and they fly to him when he calls, ready for a pleasant conversation and a bit of avian gossip. No one is a bigger friend of the birds than Bernard, and this year, he was invited to the Grand Assembly of all the birds of Teddy Kingdom! He was included as an honorary member, in spite of his lack of feathers, and was presented with a bell and collar.
